1. General Return Policy
Customers have the right to return non-perishable snacks, such as chips, chocolate, and beverages (both carbonated and non-carbonated), within 14 days of receipt. The products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

Unopened and undamaged packaging:
The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. Any product that has been opened or shows signs of tampering will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Proof of purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided along with the returned product.
Return request:
Customers must inform Takara Box CZ of their intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. The notification should include the order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
3. Non-returnable Items
Perishable goods: Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life, even if unopened.
Products with damaged packaging: Any consumable product with a broken seal or that has been tampered with.
4. Refund Process
Initiating the return:
Customers should contact Takara Box CZ customer service at takara.box.cz@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving their order to initiate the return.
Return by mail:
Return the product to its original condition to receive a full refund. Include all products and the original box with the contents.
Carefully pack the item, preferably in its original and undamaged packaging, to avoid any possible damage during transport.
Include a printed withdrawal form, which can be requested by email at takara.box.cz@gmail.com (a sample form will be sent by email), along with a copy of the sales document - invoice.

Inspection and approval:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Takara Box CZ will inform the customer whether the refund has been approved or denied based on the product's condition.
Refund:
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Damaged products:
If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. Takara Box CZ will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs if possible.
Incorrect products:
If the customer receives the wrong product, they must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Takara Box CZ will arrange for the correct product to be sent and will cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
